When you acquire artworks from Fotovat Atelier, you can proceed with absolute confidence. You may return any artwork purchased from Fotovat Atelier in its original condition for full credit toward any similar item(s) available in our gallery, catalog, or website at the marked retail price.
Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
